The Christmas Celebration brought together all major Chef Associations in Victoria: Asian Chef Club, Les Toques Blanches, ACF, Chaine des Rôtisseurs, Technical Chefs, and the Young Australian Chefs, hosted at the beautiful Le Méridien Melbourne.
A special congratulations to Chef Dale Lyman on receiving the prestigious Black Hat Award the highest honour a chef can achieve in Australia.
We are incredibly proud of you, Dale.
There are only 14 Black Hat chefs in the entire country. Dale has been a pillar at William Angliss Institute for many years, dedicating his time, expertise, and passion to the hospitality industry. His contribution continues to inspire the next generation of chefs.
