“Cooking is not a job, it’s a passion.
Cooking is about history, identity, and most importantly, about people.”
- Chef Massimo Bottura
OUR VISION
Australian Hospitality and food industry.
We are a
Non-profit
Organization
Educate and share knowledge through activations and demonstrations showcasing products.
Through a variety of activations and events, the club seeks to raise awareness and appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Asian cuisine. Finally, the Asian Chef Club is also a social club, providing a space for chefs to connect with one another, share ideas, and build relationships within the industry.
WHY DO WE EXIST?
Support young chefs
wanting to pursue
Asian-style cooking
Asian Chef Club was founded with several goals in mind. One of these goals is to support young chefs who aspire to pursue Asian-style cooking. Many aspiring chefs face challenges in the industry, and the ACC aims to provide a platform for young chefs to learn, connect, and grow in their careers. By providing resources and networking opportunities, the club hopes to nurture a new generation of talented Asian chefs in Australia.
To build public
interest in Asian
cuisine in Australia
Another key goal of the Asian Chef Club is to build public interest in Asian cuisine in Australia. Despite the rising popularity of Asian food in recent years, there is still much work to be done in terms of educating the public about the richness and diversity of Asian cuisine. Through activations, demonstrations, and other events, the club seeks to promote and showcase the best of Asian cuisine and culture.
Provide a resource
centre for chefs
and industry
To support these goals, the Asian Chef Club provides a resource center for chefs and the industry at large. This resource center serves as a hub for information, advice, and guidance for chefs seeking to improve their skills or learn more about the industry.

Connect chefs to like
-minded people and personal
development of Chefs
working in this industry
Connecting chefs to like-minded people and supporting their personal and professional development is another critical goal of the Asian Chef Club. The club provides a space for chefs to share their knowledge, skills, and experiences with one another. By fostering a sense of community and collaboration, the club aims to help chefs grow and develop in their careers.
Social Club
The social club aspect of the Asian Chef Club is a key part of our organization. We recognize that sometimes the most valuable connections and relationships can be formed outside of a traditional professional setting. The social club provides a welcoming environment for members to meet new people and form new connections that they may not have had the opportunity to make otherwise. By bringing together individuals with a shared interest in Asian cuisine and culture, we aim to foster a community that supports each other on both a personal and professional level. We believe that by building strong relationships within the community, we can create opportunities for growth and success in the industry, as well as enrich the lives of our members beyond their careers.
Open channels
between Western and
Eastern markets
The club also aims to open channels between Western and Eastern markets, fostering greater exchange and collaboration between different culinary traditions.
